The Room Upstairs
Strockard Channing, Sam Waterston Linda Hunt, Joan Allen, Clancy Brown,
Sarah Jessica Parker. Stockard Channing shines yet again in The Room
Upstairs, a sweet, heartbreaking little flick about Leah Lazenby, a
landlady and special needs teacher who feels something is missing in her
life. The final piece of the puzzle come in the shape of Travis Coles, a
cello player portrayed by Sam Waterston. The Room Upstairs is notable
for a dazzling performance by Stockard Channing, a strange little role
for Sarah Jessica Parker (she has about four lines maximum) and an early
glimpse of Joan Allen. It's a nice film that deserves a bit of

The Seniors
Dennis Quaid, Jeffery Byron, Gary Imhoff. Ben, Larry, Alan, and Steve
are about to graduate from college. They are terrified of the prospect
of actually having to work hard for a living, so they come up with a
plan to support themselves as graduate research students by getting a
foundation grant to study sexuality in college-age women. But despite
their success at getting paid to bed down pretty girls, the work-load
becomes too great, so they open the "study" to businessmen who

The

whose partner is killed. He then, along with Will Hutchins, Millie

Mary asks Tim to work around her yard for a day. The day stretches into
a few weekends, and the two soon become good friends. Some people,
however, are suspicious of their friendship which seems to be
continually strengthening, accusing Mary of taking advantage of Tim's
innocence. Will changing circumstances in Tim's family life change his

am I Time with Susan Sarandon
and Christopher Walken. As a play within a play (contains scenes from
Streetcar Named Desire) it is a showcase for the range of these
excellent actors -- Susan Sarandon and Christopher Walken. It is also a

Walken plays a hardware store clerk becomes the character he plays in a

Who Shot Pat?

Robert Brooks. A 1950s period piece about a working class boy growing up
in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. Although the film centers
on a classic rich-girl-poor boy love story, it also presents a detailed
portrait of high school life in the fifties through the emergence of
